What we collect
Your answers to the practices you rate. The profile you give when you start: unit type and name, your name and role, organization, industry, country, size band, program years, methodologies, and the optional fields (revenue band, organization type, where the improvement function sits, improvement headcount, certifications, people and sites in scope). If you create an account, your worldopex.com login details and member number. Technical data needed to run the service (time stamps, the browser's requests).
How it is stored
Each assessment is stored under a World Opex Passport code on servers operated by World Opex. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the assessment portal. Your name, organization and role are used on your certificate and executive summary, to group units of the same organization in your own account, and by the World Opex team in confidence; they are never shown to other users or organizations.
Aggregation and benchmarks
Comparisons are computed as percentiles and medians by sector edition, unit type and size band. A segment is shown only once at least ten units have completed the assessment. Industry reports use the same aggregated data. No individual result, organization or person is identifiable in a benchmark or report.
Who can see individual results
You, through the unguessable link you receive, and anyone you share that link with. The World Opex assessment team, to support you and to invite strong performers to the World Opex Awards. Nobody else: results are never published, sold, or passed to sponsors, partners or other entrants without your written consent.
How long we keep it
Assessments are kept so you can re-run next year and see your trend, and so aggregated benchmarks stay stable. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection to contact: write to contact@worldopex.com with your Passport code or member number. Requests are handled within 30 days.
