Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the World Opex Assessment at assessment.worldopex.com (the "Service"), operated by Learning Everest Private Limited ("World Opex", "we"). By ticking the acceptance box you agree to them. If you are assessing on behalf of an organization you confirm you are authorized to do so.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a self-assessment on the World Opex Excellence Framework. You rate practices as you observe them; the engine computes a maturity level, dimension and facet scores, gaps, award readiness and, where enough data exists, aggregated comparisons. Results are indicative and self-reported unless validated by a World Opex assessor. Results do not determine the outcome of any entry to the World Opex Awards, which are judged separately on their own criteria and evidence.

2. Your responsibilities

Rate what you can evidence, and use "not sure" where you cannot. Do not misrepresent an organization, submit on behalf of one without authority, or attempt to identify other participants. Keep your Passport code and result links private; anyone holding them can open your results.

3. Intellectual property

The World Opex Excellence Framework, including its dimensions, facets, practices, rung descriptors, sector editions, scoring method and reports, is the intellectual property of Learning Everest Private Limited. It was developed independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed from any other excellence model or award body. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use your own reports, certificates and PDFs, including sharing them within your organization and with the public. You may not reproduce, adapt, translate or use the framework or its descriptors to build, train or sell another assessment.

4. Data and aggregation

Your answers and profile are processed as described in the Privacy Notice. You agree that your answers may be anonymized and combined with others into aggregated benchmarks and industry reports in which no organization or person can be identified. Individual results are never published or shared with third parties without your written consent.

5. Contact

We may contact you about your result, the Awards and related World Opex programs using the details you provide. Every message carries an opt-out, and you can write to contact@worldopex.com at any time.

6. Accounts and paid products

An account uses your worldopex.com login. Paid products, where offered, are subject to the price and description shown at the time of order; invoices are issued by Learning Everest Private Limited. The self-assessment is free.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and we may change the framework, editions or scoring between versions; reports state the version they were scored with. To the extent permitted by law, World Opex is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a self-assessment result or for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your records. We may suspend access for misuse, including attempts to scrape the framework or to identify other participants.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

When these terms change, the version date above changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before your next assessment.
